New Brunswick 1851: 1 s. reddish mauve on blued paper, a fine used example of exceptional colour and freshness, with ample to large margins all round, neatly cancelled by dotted remainder handstamp (9x9 dots) in black. Usual trivial slight punctures from the cancellation but a very rare and most appealing stamp. Cert. Holcombe (1985) Gi = £ 4'500.
