Forwarded in London to Copenhagen (again registered) and manuscript British charge of '1/7½ d.' in ink, alongside 'fr.2' in blue crayon (Danish share). Struck with fine framed "6¼" handstamp in blue at Triest (Van Der Linden fig. 3092) in blue (silvergroschen = 9 kreuzers for Alexandria-Trieste + 9 kr. for land rate to the Germany border). Blue crayon '34' at lower left and charged '37' skilling to pay on arrival in Aalborg in red crayon. Reverse with Singapore datestamp of despatch.
