Only one sheet believed to exist thus just five pairs possible. An attractive pair of great rarity. Cert. Chalk Surfaced paper 1905/10: Lyrebird 2 s. 6 d. blue-green, wmk. Crown over A, comb perf. 11, an unused block of four, marginal from right of sheet with full selvedge, variety "Imperforate between Stamp and Margin" (Brusden Whie N67b), fresh and very fine appearance, tiny age spot next to hinge remnant, unused without gum. A rare and spectacular multiple - just 12 examples exist with this variety.rnNote: Twelve examples can exist, a vertical strip of six is housed in the H.L. White collection. Crown over NSW inverted, an unused example overprinted "OS" (11 mm. spacing) in black, a huge example seemingly variety "Imperforate" with huge margins all round and large portion of adjoining stamp at left, from the lower right corner of the sheet with marginal lines of watermark, however Ceremuga assumes the sheet was misperforated and shifted leaving this apparent imperforate example of fresh colour and large part og.
