1879/81: Postal reorganisation covers (2) with 1879 usage from Kathmandu to Dailekh with manuscript "Mahasul Chukti 1 anna" (postage fee paid) and struck with "Nepal" cds (July 3) and arrival of Dailekh in black - the earliest recorded usage; and 1881 entire letter with manuscript "Mahasul Chukti 11" (2 pice = ½ anna) mailed from Jaleswar to Kathmandu, just two months before the earliest stamped cover.
