    1937: German international parcel card franked with Hindenburg issues, 15+40+100 pf. Sent from "BERLIN - SÜDENDE 23.9.37" sent via KGH in Copenhagen who forwarded the parcel to Godthaab with KGH label type D (D393). Postage to Greenland cash paid and noted by red crayon "1,70". A very rare card in perfect condition.

    1932-33. 40 öre Ship, green on airmail postcard. Noted "I.Grönland Flugpost". Cancelled on arrival in "KÖBENHAVN 21.1.1933". From Ernst Udet flight in connection with the Dr. Franck expedition, June - October 1932. The postcard did not catch the last ship from Greenland in 1932, therefor first cancelled in Copenhagen spring 1933. Red special cachet "Universal - Dr.Franck - Greenland-Expedition", two crowned cachets in oval "KOLONIEN UMANAK" and transit mark "GRÖNLANDS STYRELSE". On the picture side is a photo of Ernst Udet.     1933, 10 öre ERNST UDET "Rockwell Kent" stamp on cover flown by Ernst Udet from the camp at Igdlorssuit to Umanak. The stamp covers Udet's fee. Expedition's cachet in red "Universal - Dr. Franck, Greenland-Expedition" and with black oval transit mark with crown "KOLONIEN UMANAK" (on front and on back of envelope). At top right is a drawing made by Rockwell Kent. Handed over to Greenland postal administration in Umanak for onward transportation via Copenhagen to Stuttgart. On the reverse is marked S/S "TORDENSKJOLD" to indicate the first available vessel bound for Copenhagen. Oval transit mark with crown "GRÖNLANDS STYRELSE". 40 öre in Danish stamps to cover the transportation from Copenhagen to Stuttgart. Only a few such covers are recorded.     UMANAK / ROCKWELL KENT, ERNST UDET. Fine selection with three copies of reprint 10 öre Rockwell Kent Air Mail stamp (one signed "Rockwell Kent" and one with cert. Wowern, 1993), also a copy in black. A black on orange "30 öre / Grönlandske Luftpost" marke, signed "E.Udet" and with oval cachet with crown "KOLONIEN UMANAK". Two covers with "DANMARKIMUT" label are accompaining.

    1934, Parcel tag from a courier sack sent to KGH, with official seal from "GODHAVN" with crown and icebear sent with the last proviant ship. A canadian ship took up the sack up in Nova Scotia to Sydney. The canadian post initially searched a Danish consulate in Halifax but finally found one in Montreal. Four transit markings. Certainly unique. Cert. Wowern (1994).

    1938. Emergency parcel card (Nödadressekort) formular "P. 19 (4-38 B 6)" for a COD parcel, kr. 42,40 from Copenhagen to Ritenbenk, Greenland. Attached COD form dated 4/10 1938. Small (normal size) parcel lebel "K700" on the emergency card and large lebel "K700" (very rare) on reverse of COD form. Enclosed is also a telegram dated "13/10 1939" from Ritenbenk to Grönlands Styrelse: Opkrävning Gertrud Rask, K700 returneres. Hjemsendt anvisning. Very rare material.
