    1859: 40 c. red-orange, imperforate with three large margins and shaved at right, used on 1861 cover from Luxembourg to Lyons, France tied on despatch in black (Aug 29) with framed "PD" at right and manuscript "Inclus échantillons sans valeur" at left. Underpaid as found to be double weight (8 grams) and the 'PD' deleted and struck with framed "AFFRANCHISEMENT / INSUFFISANT" in black. Charged '8' décimes due to pay in manuscript.
