    1865: Cover from Larnaca to Trieste rated "10/10" in red manuscript (10 kreuzer by sea, 10 by land), struck with very fine circular LARNACA DI CIPRO datestamp (March 18) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 3). Reverse with large part framed Trieste arrival. A fine and scarce cover.

    1902: Imperforate photographic bromide stamp size Proof put forward for acceptance (the head-plate with lined background is partially hand-drawn and was unadopted), mounted on thick card, 89 x 113 mm., endorsed at top "FEB 8, 1902" with "DUPLICATE" at lower left.     1902/1985c.: Postal History collection on leaves (47 items) with range of covers/cards incl. 1904 up-rated 1 pi. stationery card with four Edward VII ½ pi., interesting 1930's frankings incl. registered postal stationery up-rated with one to Finland, many covers with Rural Post cancellations, 1960 overprinted set to 100 m. on FDC, Turkish Cyprus with unaccepted mail due to lack of international recognition etc., some fine items noted with some addressed to W.T.F. Castle.
