Incoming 1869 (Sept 13): Entire letter from a shipping agent in St. Thomas, West Indies to New York, with US Shield and Eagle adhesive 10 c. yellowish orange added upon despatch paying the full rate to the States, a fresh adhesive tied by mute round obliterator, "NEW YORK SEP 21" cds alongside.
