    1890 (Jan 23): 10 k. red & green, tied with large oval blueish R.O.P.i T. AGENT. RIZE 23 JANV 90 datestamp (Tchilinghirian fig. 92) on reverse of cover to Constantinople (Jan 27). The cover was taxed in Constantinople, but taxation was waved later on. Cover shortened at right, one of  two covers known with this first strike of the small ROPiT office in Rizeh nearby the Turkish - Georgian border.
