DEC." and blue "SISSACH 17. DEC", taxed on front showing blue two line "Debours/Transit Suisse" and forwarded to Austria with Villach arrival mark on reverse. Senders address vertically written over the applied stamp and dated on receive "12 Gennaro 853" in manuscript. Rare and appealing postal historian document.
