    1856 (Nov 14): Prepaid Entire letter with full contents from Honkong to Marseille, endorsed "via Marseilles", crowned "PAID AT HONG-KONG" in red on front, reverse with Hong-Kong despatch cds in black, front with French entry "INDES BR. 30 DEC 56 MARSEILLE". Paid with '2/-' sh. upon despatch, noted in red crayon on front. A fine and fresh private entire.rnNote: The sender states: 'Donne moi les lettres chez Mrs Vaucher fréres à Hong-Kong". Albert-Émile Vaucher (1833-1888) using his company name 'Vaucher Fréres/Hong Kong Chine' was a  forwarder, at the same time Consular Officer of France in that city and representative of a famous watch producer dynasty originating from Fleurier in Switzerland.

    1900: China Coiling Dragon 10 c. deep green, 50 c. green and vertical pair of 1898 Bean Goose $ 5 deep green & salmon (Gi 127+130+119) tied to 1901 registered cover front to San Francisco tied by CANTON datestamps (May 16), Hong Kong Postal Fiscal $ 5 on $ 10 purple on red in a vertical pair, March 1891 50 c. on 48 c. dull purple and 1900 10 c. ultramarine used in combination for onward transmission, tied by four strikes of framed "I.P.O." and 'Hongh Kong' datestamps (May 17). File folds well away from the superb adhesives, an extraordinary and extremely rare high value usage, B. P. A. cert (2019).
