    1860/1950ca: Enormous old-time collection of African areas incl. among others Egypt from the first issue, Zeppelin, postage due, Suez canal issue, Sudan, Port Said with rare Merson overprints, Liberia, Ethiopia, Portugese colonies with early Angola, Madeira, Mozambique, Acores & Capo Verde ovpts, French Colonies incl. Madagascar with bisected stamps, Sudan, French Guinea, Reunion, Nossi Be with ovpts, Benin with ovpts, Algeria, Tunis, British Colonies incl. Lagos, South Africa with all areas such as Cape of Good Hope 14 triangles and a pair, Natal, Transvaal, Somaliland, Gold Coast, Gambia, Mauritius with 1848 1 d. orange (2), an early and a worn impression, 1859 Lapirot issue in worn impression, Morocco, St. Helena, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Tanganjika with some Mafia overprints, Togo Anglo-French occupation and later issues, Zanzibar, Zululand, Spanish Areas with Fernando Poo, Italian Colonies with Libia and Eritrea, Belgium Congo and occupation of German East Africa. An impressive lot which has to be studied carefully, in an 1914 Schaubek Album.
