Levant 1813 (March 18): Printed entire letter from Constantinople to Florence, Italy, struck with framed "P. PAYÉ." and "CONSTANTINOPLE" despatch handstamps in black of the French Post Office, heavily vinegar splashed and slitted for disinfection against Cholera.
