    1866: Entire letter from Buenos Aires to Bordeaux with octagonal CONF. ARGENTINE / CARMEL datestamp (Jan 12) in black (Salles fig. 1034). Carried on the Carmel and struck on arrival with fine BRÉSIL / BORDEAUX cds (Feb 17) of entry (Salles fig. 1042) and charged '10' décimes due in manuscript. Fresh and fine entire.

    1876: Combination cover to France with 1867/68 5 c. vermilion tied by Buenos Aires cds and France 1871/75 Cérès 25 c. blue (4, one with contemporary fault) tied on despatch by octagonal BUENOS AYRES / PAQ. FR. J. No 2 datestamps (May 10) in black (Salles ) and carried on the 'Equateur'. Reverse with Toulouse arrival cds (June 8). Small imperfections but an attractive and scarce cover. Signed Calves.

    1858/1926: Collection on Schaubek leaves with 1858 Confederation 5 c. used on piece at Rosario, 1862 set of three used, 1864/67 Rivadavia perf. 5 c. used (8) including a pair used at Cordoba and a single on cover, 10 c. green (3) incl. a pair on piece, 15 c. blue (4), 1873/80 issues complete with cancellation interest, 1887 24 c. blue in a used marginal block of six, 1888/90 with used blocks of 25, 30 and 40 c., an attractive lot.
