1857: Registered cover to Santander struck with two line manuscript filled "Certificacion à Bogotá / Salio en (29) de (Mayo de 1859)" struck in blue and oval BOGOTA / FRANCA of despatch with cover surrounded by '0' markings, charged 60 c. in blue, internally receipted on arrival; matched with similar 1859 cover to Cartagena with same markings except rated '15' and the envelope surround struck with '8' numerals to demonstrate registration.
