Madagascar. 1896: 25 c. overprint on 3 c. grey (repair on lower right) & 25 c. overprint on 4 c. brown Sage (short tooth), both tied with cds's "1 TOR ET PTE AUX ARMEES 1 / MADAGASCAR" (March 26, 1896) on registered cover to France with Paris transit and Bourg La Reine arrival marks on the reverse.
