1886/2008: Several hundred covers, stationery, postcards, and picture postcards. The majority is post 1945 material, but there are about 300 items from 1886/1944, including an interesting mix of usages like 1896 stationery postcard 10 st. red Orthodox baptism of Prince Boris with additional 25 st. red (2) of the same issue and sent registered to Boston, stationery card 5 st. green Baptism together with 5 st. blue of the same issue, postmarked with black bilingual "Roustchouk 28.IIII.96", and sent to Venice; or picture postcard depicting the Russian church at the Shipka Pass, franked with 5 st. red commemorating the anniversary of the Shipka battle, postmarked with bilingual "Chipka 12.IX.902". 1915/18: Lot of 12 covers and postcards sent from French Prisoners of War in Bulgaria. Four show Bulgarian cachet "Prisonnier de Guerre" to assure free postage, all were censored either in Sofia or Plovdiv. The majority directed to France, another one to Switzerland. A very rare example is a postcard sent within Bulgaria from one POW in Sofia to another French POW in Tatar Pazadjik. A very nice group of postal history from different camps like Plovdiv, Radomir, Sofia, Tatar Pazadjik, and Yakoruda.Ausruf : 200 CHFZuschlag : 200 CHF
