    40 penni dull rose on lilac paper, Roulette III, a fine used example centred to left, used on 1873 entire letter to Wiborg cancelled by Travelling Post Office FINSKA JERNAVAGENS POST KUPE EXPED No 3 datestamp (13/12) in blue with fine repeated strike on reverse. Unusual 'Ank' arrival marking of the same day struck in red alongside. File fold away from adhesive, a fine entire.
