    1909: Registered cover to Cairo franked in emergency, due to stamps shortages of both the 2 m and 3 m.. values, with 1 m. brown, 'Miri' (-) chestnut Official and diagonally bisected 1888/1909 4 m. vermilion all tied by GIZIRA / CASH datestamps in black. Cairo arrival at left (faint) and on reverse. Also a letter stating the circumstances of the bisection (dated 1934). File fold away from adhesives but extremely rare Gi = unpriced / Nile Post = unpriced but this cover is explained on page 126.
