    1858: 10 kop. brown & blue imperf., plate II on thick paper, vibrant colour, good to large margins, tied by crisp ornamental prephilatelic double-circle "KOVNO / P" handstamp (Dobin 22.1.07) to outer letter sheet with handwritten 18 June despatch date given inside, sent to St. Petersburg with arrival cds on reverse.
