    VALENCIA 1829 (July): Registered cover to General Soublete in Caracas endorsed 'Certificacion' in manuscript and with '#' at edges denoting registration, struck twice with Colonial type VALENCIA straight line handstamp with FRANCA applied beneath one in black. Manuscript 'Recibida Caracas Julio 16, 1829, Soublete' inside. Some worm holes and acid ink but exceptional and extremely rare.
