    Official Service, the remarkable set of three cover fronts, all addressed to the Hydrographic Maritime Dept. in Madrid, each bearing the oval Anchor cachet of sender 'Capitania Del Puerto de Manila y Cavite' at lower left and 'Gobierno Filipinas' cachet alongside, both in black; with January 1862 example franked by ½ o. black on yellow, further examples franked by 1 o. black on rose and third example with 4 o. black on green, all tied by oval network obliterators in black with 'Manila' datestamps alongside.
