    1924 (July 2): Official envelope of 75 gr. with imprint "Republica de Colombia Departamento de Bolivar / Municipalidad de Cartagena" adressed to the "Ministro de Obras Publicas" in Bogotà, showing "OFI. Correo Aereo - Cartagena" handstamp in violet, backstamdped with official 'Gobernacion Cartagena' cachet, "Bogotà Recibo de Correo 2 Jul 1934" as well as rectangular "Ministero de Gobierno Departemento de recibo correspondencia official 3-Jul 1924" on reverse. Envelope slightly toned and trimmed at left. Scarce official usage as the Government had 'free'-franking privilege for postage as well as for Scadta.
