    Manizales Scadta 30 c. green tied by Scadta handstamp in violet of Manizales used on cover together with Colombia 1917 1 c.green horizontal pair plus single, tied by large framed handstamp CORREO URBANO / BARRANQUILLA in blue applied on arrival. Envelope slightly trimmed at top, horizontal fold and diag. creased onlower right (away from Scadta stamp), but a fine commercial usage with scarce cancellation.
