ISLAY double ring cds on reverse in black, Callo transit (Aug 13) and London transit in red alongside (Sept 13). Front with framed 'GB / 1F 90c.' accountancy marking. Calais transit and charged due withmanuscript triple rate '36' décimes. Paris was under siege by the Prussians at this date. Faults but a rare 'Entrance Tentative' entire.
