    1866: 10 c. lilac, four margined example used on 1868 cover to Grenoble, France tied by light oval BOGOTÁ oval handstamp in black; thence carried by French Paquebot with octagonal STE. MARTHE / PAQ. FR. A No. 3 datestamp (Feb 3) in black. Charged '10' décimes due in manuscript on arrival (Feb 25). Part flap missing and two tiny nicks at top of envelope but a scarce usage. Cert.
