    Toscana 1851: 6 cr. blue, fresh colour and good to broad margins all round, tied by "P.D." to entire letter with "LIVORNO 29 SET 1853" cds alongside, sent to Rome with Civitavecchia and Rome cds's on reverse. The PD mark was made invalid with a strike of a five-line obliterator and the part franco cover was taxed within the Papal States.
