    1913 (Oct 2):  Impressed 1 pi. bright blue with 'Autonomous Government' inscription on wove envelope, size 23 x 37 mm., used to Constantinople cancelled by fine strike of XANTHI (Isketche) negative seal handstamp in red. Reverse with Constantinople machine cancel of arrival. A rare and very early usage.
