    1 d. blue-green, a fine used example with clear to large margins all round, variety: 'Frame Inverted', used on envelope to Paris and cancelled by LIMA / 13 / DIC / 1872 datestamp in black. Reverse with British Post Office 'Callao' datestamp (Dec 14) and London transit cds (Jan 13, 1873) in red. Framed 'GB / 1F 90c' accountancy handstamp applied there and charged '15' décimes handstruck on arrival. Edge tear away from the adhesive at top but a rarity: one of just five covers recorded by Moll with this variety, this being the only cover mailed abroad. Cert. PF (1994).
