    5 c. blue and 20 c. blue, fine four margined examples used on outer letter sheet from Santa Marta to Gregorio Gutierrez in Bogotá, tied by oval SANTAMARTA / FRANCA handstamp in red; paying the double letter rate (above 10 and under 15 grams), for a distance between 450 and 1350 km.
