    1960/61: 30 m. black and carmine-lake, variety overprint 'Cyprus Republic' double, the fine used example tied to small part piece by 'Nicosia' datestamp (May 1961) in black. One of the rarities of the modern era in philately, perhaps the rarest issued stamp of Queen Elizabeth II's reign, with just two recorded genuine examples. Cert. BPA (2014) Gi = £ 45'000.
