    1916: Postcard sent stampless to Budapest struck with fair strike of NEUM datestamp, serial 'a', (March 2) struck in green ink (Tchilinghirian fig. 652). Censor cachet in violet at left. Whilst technically not a 'used abroad' at this date, the cancellation from this small port remains very elusive.
