    1919 (Sept 19): Military stampless cover, edge wear at base, from a member of the Telegraphic team at Constantinople, flown on the newly opened Constantinople-Bucharest route, struck with 'Tresor Et Postes' cds with '502' erased, struck with fine ARMÉES ALLIÉES EN ORIENT / POSTE AÉRIENNE, thin cachet in violet. L'Absie arrival cds (Sept 25) on reverse. Rare: this handstamp was only used on Official Mail. Ex collection Bill Robertson.
