    1919 (Aug 14): Civilian Airmail cover flown from Constantinople to Bucharest and thence to Paris, franked by Sower 5 c. green and Merson 40 c. red and pale blue in a strip of three, all tied by bold strikes of ARMÉES ALLIÉES EN ORIENT / POSTE AÉRIENNE in black with 'Tresor Et Postes / 506' datestamp alongside of despatch. Paris (Aug 19) arrival on reverse of a fine and scarce cover. Ex collection Bill Robertson.
