    1867: 2 c. black, horizontal pair used on 1876 cover to La Calera Railway Station, tied by cork handstamps in grey-blue with QUILLOTA / CHILE datestamp at left (Sept 20) in same ink. Both towns are in the Department of Quillota and on the Santiago-Valparaiso Railway, thus the cover is a double rate franking for the local internal departmental rate. Rare and most unusual rate and usage.
