    Paris Commune. 1871 (March 22): Stampless cover addressed to a soldier rin the 15th Artillery, Army of the Loire, struck with 'Beaune' datestamp of despatch and red framed 'P.P.'. This handstamp deleted when the cover was forwarded to Versailles and '30' charge raised with handstamp in black. Reverse with 'Paris a Lille' TPO cds (March 24) and Le Mans cds (April 1). A fascinating cover.
