    30 reis black, Early Impression on greyish paper, two fine large margined examples (Large plate, State A, positions 17 and 23), used on reverse of April 1848 entire letter to Villa de Jacorahy sharing bold strike of framed ARROZAL. handstamp in brown (pre-philatelic handstamp, Ayres unlisted). Adhesives removed and replaced (not mentioned on RPS certificate) but a probably unique usage from Arrozal. Folded for Exhibit display with a few minor tears repaired by hinges, a marvellous and extremely rare first issue entire. Copy of Cert. RPS (1998) and Moorhouse (2013).
