Cartago-Cali-Popayan Route 1797 (July 29): Entire letter from the Postmaster in Cali to the Royal Officers in Popayan, distance 38 leagues / 212 kms., struck with CALY~ handstamp in red with crooked bar to "A" in "Caly" and with "~" (Tizon 2 = EXT) and straight line FRANCA above (Tizon 4 = RRR).
