1820 (April 20): Cover from Bucharest to Hermannstadt with small type BUKUREST / In der-Wallachey' handstamp in black (Tchilinghirian as fig. 703), the cover being heavily disinfected at and resealed on arrival having been 'toasted' and fumigated and struck on reverse with 'Sigillum Sanitatis' and red wax seal applied (almost intact).
