Katalognummer : V20+V22+V231865 (Dec 9): Large part cover (invoice), carried at triple rate from Smirne to Genoa, disinfected with slits, with multiple franking of 1864 Levant 3 s. green (3), 10 s. blue (6) and single 15 s. brown, all perf. 9½, tied by SMIRNE datestamps in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 4). Blue 'P.D.' below and 'Piroscafi / Postali / Italiani' in black. Reverse with arrival cds and Brindisi transits.
