    60 reis grey-black, Intermediate Impression, an ample to large margined example with minor repair to acid ink fault at upper right of stamp, used from Lorena on 1844 entire letter to Rio de Janeiro (Tixieira correspondence) and tied by circular VILLA DE LORENA handstamp (Ayres 1578) in brown. Illustrated in Juchert on page 93, with just five covers recorded, one of which is cancelled in manuscript. Refolded to avoid slight fault in upper left of the entire but a remarkable and rare usage.Cert. Moorhouse (2013).
