    1850/52: 'Cotton-reel' 12 c. black on blue wove paper, cut round and cancelled "Demerara JU 1 1851", probably heavily washed which has affected the colour and the surface (no BPA opinion can be given so far) and 1 c. black on deep blue surface-coloured paper, black surface marks, surface damage has been extensively painted and therefore it is not possible to certify the item as unused. Cert. BPA for the latter (2013), although the faults marked two very rare stamps seldom offered, sold here as "tel quel" and no claims accepted after the 'knock down' SG = £ 15'500.
