    1862: Handstruck on wove paper, 3 pa. yellow, an enormous margined single example used on 1863 Printed Matter entire letter (Faulquier Cadet & Co. of Montpellier) used to Bucharest tied by bold strike of "Galatz / Moldova" datestamp (7/5) in black (Kiriac fig. 277) and reverse with "Bucuresci" arrival cds (9/5). Exceptional and most attractive entire in the foremost quality. A rarity of Romanian philately and postal history. Illustrated in Handbook II on page 122 and Edition D'Or vol XII on page 95.
