    80 pa. vermilion on white paper, a clear margined horizontal strip of three on white/yellowish wove paper, used on large part registered piece, cancelled by fine strikes of the oval framed "Franco / Galatz" handstamps (Kiriac fig. 309), with circular dated "Galatz / Moldova" cds (28/7) alongside italic RECEPISSE handstamp, all struck in red. Exceptional usage and most unusual. Opinion Heimbüchler (2012).
