    20 c. blue, First Stone, the wonderful used horizontal tête-bêche pair, positions 12-13 with position 13 inverted, large even margins all round and frame lines of adjoining stamp at top, in a vibrant bright shade, neatly cancelled by oval CARTAGENA / FRANCA oval in black. Unique in used condition and a truly marvellous philatelic rarity for the connisseur of philately as can be ascertained by the pair's former owners. Signed A.
