Franklin" to Paris, tied by "Philadelphia/Pa." datestamps in blue (April 8). New York American Packet datestamp below in red (April 9) and "Outre-Mer/Le Havre" entry marking alongside in red (April 21). A delightful entire, a 1 cent over-payment of the scarce 20 cent rate to France direct. Charged in manuscript '12' decimes. A stunning entire. Ilustrated in Hargest.
