    Incoming 1871: 20 l. blue, a used example with close to large margins and showing portion of adjoining stamp at base, tied to 1871 incoming underpaid cover from Milano (Oct 19) franked by 1863 40 c. carmine tied by '181' numeral with "Francobollo / Insufficente" handstamp alongside;  by Syros cds (Oct 13) in black. Manuscript "22" in blue crayon but ignored in favour of "20" lepta charge. Reverse with flaps missing bur showing Kerkyra cds (Oct 11j) and Syra arrival (Oct 13j). Despite faults an appealing usage.
