    1863/72: 4d. rose, diagonal bisect, lower left half, on small local envelope tied by "11" obliterator in black with manuscript "Half four pence" below, "ARGY OC 18 72" despatch cds in black on reverse and mailed to Port Louis withj arrival in blue of the same day. The bisect disallowed on arrival and blue handstamp "4 d TO PAY" struck on front (double the deficiency), very fine and rare, believed unique.
