    Confederate States 1862: 5 c. light milky blue, Stone 3, a fine example with good margins all round, used on 1862 home-made entire letter to Abony, Georgia cancelled by circular barred handstamp in black with "FRANKLIN / GEO" despatch cds at left (May 3, 1862). Some repairable splitting to the entire which mentions "he is off to the War for I suppose he will have to go now...".
