1839 (Nov 26): Entire letter from Hawkesbury Brewery, Windsor to Edinburgh, Scotland (discussing the high demand for Harvest Beer amongst the settlers), prepaid '10d.' in red manuscript with octagonal framed "WINDSOR / POST PAID" in red. Fine oval "PAID SHIP LETTER / ♚ / NO 29 / 1839 / SYDNEY" in red at left.
